Health Enterprises Pharmacy Services (HEPS) is seeking a full-time, 340B Program Compliance Analyst to
join our growing team.

HEPS analysts provide detailed 340B Program compliance audits to ensure our client hospitals meet all
regulatory requirements within the 340B Program.

Responsibilities

  • Generate reports from 340B sofware to gather and analyze the data needed to complete 340B Program audits for hospital clients ensuring their compliance with federal and state regulations, applicable guidelines, and policies and procedures.
  • Deliver audit findings to clients via video conferencing sessions.
  • Assists 340B Program Manager and other 340B Analysts with special projects as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Pharmacy technician State licensure and national certification is required with at least three years of
    pharmacy experience.
  • Candidates should have a working knowledge of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy practices, polices and procedures, as well as billing processes.
  • Candidates must have at a minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with healthcare electronic systems including EMR and 340B TPA software is
    preferred.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, be highly motivated, and self-directed.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to meet project deadlines as assigned.
  • Apexus ACE 340B Certification is preferred.
