Iowa’s leading healthcare alliance is seeking an experienced Member Services Coordinator or Senior Member Services Coordinator to support our members’ and affiliates’ supply chain management efforts.

This position coordinates, maintains and assists in implementing national and regional group purchasing organization (GPO) programs. It also assists GPO members and affiliates in the administration of the supply/equipment contract portfolios through email campaigns, outreach, education, and data analysis.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma and one (1) year of experience in hospital purchasing or related field (5+ years’ experience for the Sr. Member Services Coordinator); Bachelors’ degree is preferred. Experience with and understanding of hospital group purchasing, vendor and manufacturer relations, and/or hospital materials management processes strongly desired. Knowledge of non-acute health care is a plus. Strong customer service with some sales/recruiting is desired. Candidates must have an advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint software. Experience with Dynamics (or other) CRM highly desirable.
